What should I do if my product is damaged?
We recommend inspecting the packaging of your order upon arrival. If you notice any signs of damage, including to the box, make sure to document it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package at the time but suspect potential damage, note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to support@truevitalityessentials.com. We will promptly address the issue, arranging for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
