Shipping & Delivery

At True Vitality Essentials, we process orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Costs:

• Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
• For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
• Currently, we only ship within the United States; international shipping is not offered at this time.

Freight Carrier Deliveries:
Many of our orders ship via trusted third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes an item requiring freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate for smooth coordination.

Order Confirmation and Payment Processing:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your order details and successful payment authorization. Your card will only be charged when the item ships, unless the product is on backorder, in which case we may process the payment to reserve the item for you.
